Aaron Mcgimpsey-Joyce

Aaron studied Arboriculture at Merrist Wood college and achieved a national diploma with distinctions. Also completing the Royal Forestry Society Certificate in Arboriculture, Aaron has a broad knowledge of trees, fungus and pest and diseases. Aaron is a fully qualified first aider and has all relevant NPTC units.
Aaron has been working within the tree industry for 15 years and has worked all over the world. Working in Norway, Sweden, Germany and Australia. He has also competed in many international climbing competitions regularly finishing in the top 5. He is currently working towards his professional tree inspectors qualification.

Fynn studied Arboriculture at Hadlow college and achieved a national diploma with distinctions. Fynn is a fully qualified first aider and has qualifications in advanced rigging and all other relevant NPTC units. He has 7 years of experience within the tree industry and is capable of everything from small tree pruning to large complex tree removals. He is currently working towards his professional tree inspectors qualification
Dan has worked at Broadleaf Tree Surgery Ltd for 4 years and has 5 years overall experience within the tree industry. He is a fully qualified first aider and is qualified in all relevant NPTC units. Dan will occasionally run a crew and does the majority of the stump grinding works. Dan is working towards his basic tree inspectors qualification.
Dave was a member of the Royal Marines for over a decade. He has worked with Broadleaf Tree Surgery Ltd for over a year now and is a valuable asset to the company. Dave is a qualified first aider.
Will has been working with Broadleaf Tree Surgery Ltd for the past 6 months. A good friend of Fynn he has become part of the team very quickly.
