What to expect

Often hiring a tradesman is a confusing and daunting process. We have all heard the horror story’s of cowboy tradesmen ripping people off, or leaving a worksite half finished! possibly you have experienced this first hand.

Because of this we have written a short description of exactly how we will handle your job from start to finish.

• Making contact with us is easy, you can contact us on our contact page or call us on either 01622 203984 or 07429903594. Soon after we have taken some details from you we will be able to visit your property and asses the works required. We don’t charge for advice and are more than happy to talk through different options to suit both your budget and your needs.

• We are a fast acting company and will provide you with a formalised quotation a day or a few days (if it is a complex job) after our initial visit to your property.
• Once you have confirmed you are happy with the proposed quotation and works we will arrange a date in the diary to suit you. We don’t mind working on a Saturday if you want to be around to oversea the works.

• On the day we will arrive at the time agreed and carry out all works in line with the agreed quotation. Our work will be completed in an efficient and safe manner and your garden will be neatly tidied when we are finished. We will confirm you are happy with everything before we leave.
